Bereavement

Are you recently bereaved or dealing with grief and loss and would value the opportunity to talk through how you are feeling?

Bereavement is a journey and is different for everyone and no two experiences are the same. If you are facing life after the death of a loved one or close friend or family member and you are finding it hard to work through your thoughts and feelings then you may benefit from talking it through in a confidential safe way with one of the friendly advisors at the Family Support Centre.
